Easy No Bake Protein Bites

Quarantine has been weird for me – anyone else in the same boat? From going to the grocery store and being unable to find basic items like toilet paper and pasta sauce to going days or weeks without human contact… this is not an easy time for anyone. However, having the extra time in my apartment has led me to get a bit creative with food in my pantry, including putting together these easy no bake protein bites with ingredients I already had on hand!

I actually made two batches of these – one with almond butter and coconut and the other with chocolate protein powder, peanuts, and peanut butter! Each was delicious and great to have on hand when the urge to snack hits. With a different sleeping routine, it’s also been great to have these to snack on when those odd hours hit (you know, when you’re hungry, but it’s not quite dinner time).

I’m not going to lie to you guys – I used what I already had in my pantry to make these no bake protein bites. I said that before. That being said, I’m sure it would be easy to add or substitute ingredients based on what you have too!

Other than that – it’s just a quick post today to share this easy recipe with you all. Hopefully I’ll have some new posts for you to read soon!
