The Best Purchases I Have Made From thredUP

Do I talk about how much I love thredUP too much? I don’t think so. As I’ve mentioned countless times before, I am a sucker for a good deal. For those of you who enjoy name-brand clothing, thredUP is a literal treasure trove of good deals. I’ve talked about them before countless times (just see here, here, here, and here), but it’s just because my love for them runs deep.

In the spirit of continuing to share brands that I really and truly love, I want to share some of my favorite thredUP finds from over the years I’ve been using them.

These LOFT Linen Pants and This Madewell Leather Belt

I’m not sure when my obsession with linen started. Maybe it was when I moved to Arizona. After seeing enough #inspo on Pinterest, I buckled down in my search for the perfect pair. I was probably on the thredUP app daily searching for linen pants until these showed up. I obviously hit “add to cart” right away and bought them a few hours later. Although I mostly wear them with tee shirts, I’ve been experimenting with them for the workplace, for the beach, and for several other occassions. If you’re looking to try out a trend, thredUP is definitely the cost-effective and sustainable way to go.

Est. Retail: $70

Cost: $13.99

I also snagged this Madewell belt in the same purchase. I’d been looking for a plain black belt for a while and this one fit the bill perfectly. Bonus, it’s from one of my favorite brands and fits perfectly.

Est. Retail: $89

Cost: $28.99

These Black Sandals

I bought this exact same pair in nude from Saks Off 5th and regretted not getting them in black. So when I saw them, I immediately made the plunge. Fun fact: my roommate has the exact same pair and we both wear them all the time!

Est. Retail: $125

Cost: $28.99

Vera Bradley Black Crossbody

This Madewell Denim Jacket

I won’t lie; I waited on the thredUP app for this to expire out of someone else’s cart so I could buy it. What can I say? I’m dedicated to the thrift shopping cause. It has appeared in so many blog posts and OOTD’s since then, it was definitely worth it.

Est. Retail: $149

Cost: $35.99

This James Jeans Blazer

I didn’t used to go on thredUP looking for work clothes, but started to recently. I’ve always been impressed with their selection, even if it does take a little bit of digging through the pages to find what you want. This blazer fits like a glove and I love the two-tone style. It’s perfect to throw on with dark jeans for work or over a dress. It came in near perfect condition!

Est. Retail: $250

Cost: $37.99

This Rebecca Minkoff Bag

This was the very first designer purchase I made on the app. To this day, it remains one of my favorite purchases. I’d been wanting this bag forever, so snagging it for 1/3 of the cost was a dream come true.

Est. Retail: $295

Cost: $105.99

This ASTR the Label Dress

When I needed a dress for my quick getaway to Mexico, thredUP had my back. This dress came with tags still attached and was perfect for the entire trip.

Est. Retail: $71

Cost: $17.99

I haven’t purchased anything from thredUP yet (why? I could not answer that hehehe) but I used to work in a luxury consignment store and getting expensive things for way less is my #aesthetic. Plus it’s environmentally friendly, woohoo! What a deal on those black sandals and that Rebecca Minkoff bag though! Love these looks 🙂

Thank you! The Rebecca Minkoff bag might still be my favorite find!
